About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 105 m² house in Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely living room (with fireplace), fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a lovely garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with TV, fireplace (not functional)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
On the first floor:
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180x200)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
The garage is not accessible, but an enclosed shed is available in the garden.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and barbecue.
Outside:
- A beautiful unfenced garden with terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
In the heart of Morbihan, Sainte-Anne-d'Auray is an ideal base for exploring southern Brittany. Close to the beaches of Carnac, the Quiberon peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan, the commune offers both tranquillity and proximity to the region's most beautiful sites.
