Escape to this spacious, beautifully restored stone farmhouse with a private pool, nestled in the heart of the Alta Langa hills. Sleeping up to six guests and just a five-minute drive from the charming hilltop village of Roccaverano, the house offers an authentic taste of Piedmontese life in a peaceful, semi-rural setting.
We are located in a quiet hamlet near Serole, part of a close-knit farming community where life is slow and uncomplicated.
Far from the crowds yet within easy reach of local bars, shops, and restaurants, it’s the perfect retreat for those seeking tradition, comfort, and tranquility. Whether you're lounging by the pool or exploring the surrounding countryside, this is your sanctuary in the hills.
Our farmhouse is a true labour of love, created to make guests feel right at home as they step in. With cosy corners to unwind, comfy beds for restful nights, and a kitchen that invites you to cook your favourite Italian dishes, it’s a space made for slow, joyful living.
Outside, share laughter and long evenings over wine under the stars. With a pool and peaceful views of the garden, this is your slice of Piedmontese paradise.
We've lovingly renovated the house, using natural and locally sourced materials to keep its history and charm intact. Whenever we could, we also gave a new life to furniture items through upcycling, all part of our pledge to a more sustainable way of living.
The farmhouse features 3 bedrooms, including 2 twin rooms (with the option to convert the beds into a king-size) and 1 double room with a king-size bed. Each room is beautifully decorated with natural materials and antique furnishings.
The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, sinks, and bidets, 1 on the first floor with a washing machine, and 2 on the ground floor.
The ground floor features a cozy living room with an original stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings, complemented by a wood burner, available only in winter (wood can be provided at an additional cost if needed).
Adjacent, is a dining/tasting room with a bar for more formal dining, and an option for a private sommelier experience (upon request, and at extra cost).
The kitchen and informal dining area, formerly a barn, offer a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a TV area with a pellet stove available only in winter (pellet sacs can be provided at an additional cost if needed.)
Guests can enjoy a 3mx5m salted pool with a depth of 1.35 meters, a spacious garden with mature trees, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ.
The garden is fully fenced, offering a lovely morning walk with pretty views. Parking for 2 small cars is available in the driveway.
The house is equipped with full-coverage mesh Wi-Fi offering a 30Mbps internet connection, and an external CCTV camera at the front gate that remains active throughout your stay.
EV charger facility and a cash ATM are 1.3 Km away, in the village of Serole.
