Enjoy the Cape at this unique and peaceful getaway. A vacation retreat with all the amenities in a quiet, tranquil setting. Perfect for families who wish to enjoy Cape Cod’s natural beauty a few minutes walk to small association beaches, conservation land, and means for kayaking, canoeing, nature walks and boating. Short drive to South Cape Beach, Loop Beach, Attaquin Park and Mashpee Commons for dining, shopping and entertainment.
The home comfortably sleeps six and features a fully equipped chef's kitchen with double ovens, gas cooktop, two dishwashers, and a large kitchen island-perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Additional amenities include central A/C (on the second floor only), washer/dryer, and an upstairs bathroom with air jet stream bathtub and large shower with spa system. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.
Outdoor highlights include a private deck with dining area, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, fenced yard, and fire pit-great for unwinding after beach days. Short drive to Cotuit beaches and Attaquin Park. 8 miles (15 mins) to South Cape Beach and 11 miles (20 mins) to Craigville Beach.

We had such a wonderful stay here! Clean and spacious. Neighbors were friendly. Our dog also loved the fenced in yard and deck. Danielle was wonderful and easy to get in contact at any time. Would love to visit again.

Very nice house in a very residential neighborhood. Close to many amenities. Danielle was very responsive and professional. We, and especially our pup, enjoyed the stay!

Overall a great stay. House had everything we needed, lots of space. It was also super dog friendly with a fenced deck and fenced back yard. Danielle was very responsive, a great host.

Lovely home in a sweet neighborhood. This home seems to be over 100 years old, though well-renovated. We did run into some snags, however, like only one out of the 2 toilets functioning. One of the beds collapsed when my 95 lb daughter sat on it, and it was very difficult to get sufficient hot water into the massive tub to enjoy it. On the plus side, it has a wonderful deck with outdoor shower and grill. The kitchen was just a delight to cook in and entertain. Lovely open floor plan with plenty of natural light. When we got to the house the refrigerator smelled like fish, so that's why I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay and our host was wonderfully communicative. She did give us a small refund for the toilet issue.
