Malay owner but you could tell they are really friendly at all and trying to provide the best service, the staff recommend the room with cooler aircond and brought me up for showing the room... Highly recommended

I booked a family room with 2 queen beds. During check-in around 3:30 PM, there was no receptionist and we had to wait. I was already tired and it was late when we were informed that the air conditioner in the booked room was not working, and we were moved to a smaller room with 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and no window. At that point, I had already paid and had no choice but to accept less than what I booked.
The room and bathroom were clean, with TV and tissue provided, and facilities such as a Coway water dispenser, ironing area, and prayer room were available. However, no soap was provided. Service was slow, and last-minute room changes after payment were inconvenient and frustrating.
This review is shared respectfully as constructive feedback, not to offend, but to encourage improvement.
