Yo this was a really convenient stay. Modern communication style: I would not recommend if you’re the person who needs a physical person for checking but as someone who doesn’t mind this went above and beyond.
Snacks were a great add on.
Location is nice and quiet and safe.
And close to the interstate.
Will stay here again.

Elk Horn is a very small Danish-based community. I spent the day enjoying the museum and eating kringle. Hygge Inn was perfect. This is a great little place to stop over for a quick visit as it's just off the highway.

Clean, comfy & quiet. The town has a working Windmill from Denmark. We came for the tour. Wasn't disappointed.
