    Kindly request everybody once you book this villa pay to cash to manager don't try to pay g pay phone pe or something else. Because there is have no network we had pay two times once in g pay but we haven't received sms transaction. So we pay cash and book later we received successfully transaction msg ,and ask him to manager. He is lying and argue he isn't to give money back he strongly told me only i received upi payment I am not get the cash. And also he isn't give any receipt also. He played very criminal so please aware to pay the room rent

    We have visited as a group of 10 friends to this property and stayed for two days. The property is located near the 5 falls parking. this is a very new property and only it is partly furnished. For ex. in one rooms no tables were given, in another room only one table was there and there was no chairs, in bathrooms no mirrors, for steps no handrail (you should be careful if you take your children). Otherwise, it was good.

    I had booked Ramana Villas through Agoda and received a confirmed reservation. However, when I arrived at the property, the hotel staff informed me that they were fully booked and were no longer accepting bookings through Agoda. Since I was travelling with a child, I had no choice but to find another accommodation without creating an argument at the property. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, especially after receiving a confirmed booking. I strongly recommend that the hotel and Agoda improve their communication and booking management to avoid such situations for other guests.
