I book through agoda and then Agoda it is clear that everything is paid the tax charges and all in Dubai they are excluding the payment of the fee because that varies on the level of the hotel. This hotel charged us for taxes, which is already paid in the go app when I explained it to the receptionist he said I’m just following the orders off the management. I told him what if what you are following as illegal and against the law, he said Contact Agoda. The room is couple room, but in the app they defaulted to single person. That’s why I could not add another person in the app so basically it is not our fault and the requested for additional ** dirhams for my friend who was with me so they double the tax payment and charged us additional for the Undeclared guest, which is default or by default one person only for a couple room in the app which is set by the hotel as they are using the back end system of Agoda. I told him that I will come back for this dispute because I am. I was really tired. After that two hours before we check out the unprofessional room service staff was looking at me and then shouted at me and I could not even understand what he was saying and he began to argue with me and I told him to not use the tone on me. I am still your guest and he said go go go, and that is not Hospitality at all. Full of scams and hidden charges on this hotel you just get disappointed, dirty, and the place is not secured.
