I'm an American expat. I live in Antalya from Sept to May. I love to visit Cappadocia but I hate how crowded and busy Göreme has gotten.
The Full of Life Hostel/Pension has been one of those absolutely incredible finds. This small family owned and operated facility is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Uçhisar. Every breakfast has been homemade with that personal touch so typical of genuine Turkish hospitality. The pension is only 5 minutes from Uçhisar City Center where you'll find a variety of restaurants and shops. Its only 10 minutes from the tourist towns of Göreme and Ortahisar, and 15 minutes from the Red Valley, a very popular hiking destination.
Full of Life Pension is brand new and all the furnishings are new. Rooms are spotless and supplied with hotwaterkettle, frig, TV, and Wi-Fi.
I wish I had this same banyo in my apartment in Antalya.
Currently, this is a super bargain that I can give unhesitating 5 stars.
