    Very friendly staff and on the surface all looks good - lovely rooms and bathrooms and very nice bar/restaurant facilities. But - on both days so far, having left the hotel after breakfast - about 10am both days - on our return around 5pm both days - the room has not been serviced/cleaned! Unacceptable. Twice today we have been denied access to our room due to faulty key cards and have had them replaced at reception. Our final full day is tomorrow. Hopefully things may improve……..

    Great location. Couple of minutes from the main Rynek. Very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. Coffee machine in room. Great shower and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and great choice. Staff brilliant. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
