Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Communication was very easy with Katie and the bottle of wine and shortbread was a lovely unexpected touch. Thanks for having us!
