Villa Laura An is the perfect choice if you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. This beautiful villa with pool is located in a small village not far from the town of Porec.
Apart from the enticing pool, one of the highlights of this great villa is certainly the sea view, which can be enjoyed from all bedrooms as well as the outdoor area.
The open-plan ground floor offers a living room with dining area and kitchen, from where you have direct access to the pool and the covered terrace. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest WC can also be found on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a double bed, en-suite bathroom, television and air conditioning, making your stay in this villa even more comfortable. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a covered balcony with a cosy seating area, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding natural landscape and the sea in the distance.
Relax on the cosy sun island by the pool, make use of the barbecue and prepare a delicious meal for the whole family and let the children have fun in the garden and pool. :)The beautiful Villa Laura An is located in a small village called Deklici, which belongs to the municipality of Kastelir-Labinci. The municipality is located about 10 km north of the town of Pore - the most famous and probably most popular holiday destination in this part of Istria. A grocery shop, bakery and restaurant are within walking distance. Kastelir is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, olive groves, vineyards and fields and is known for its gastronomic offer, especially truffles and wine. Porec with its beautiful beaches and rich leisure offer is only a few minutes' drive away. Here you will also find one of the most beautiful works of art in the world - the Euphrasian Basilica, built in the 6th century in Byzantine style.
The award-winning Istralandia water park is also in the immediate vicinity of the villa, the ideal place for a fun-filled holiday with the whole family.
