Although this home is not beachfront it has stunning ocean views, magical sunsets, and cozy indoor spaces make it the ultimate getaway for beach lovers.
Fully equipped with everything you need, including a modern kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedrooms.

Dive into our refreshing pool, the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.
1. Check-out: Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when leaving. Close and lock all windows and doors, and return the keys. Guests are responsible for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No extra guests or parties: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay on the property. Violating this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
4. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside. Leaving cigarette or cannabis smoke inside the property incurs a $50 penalty.
5. Bedding and towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Do not remove bath towels from the property. Please avoid eating on the bed and do not sit on beds or furniture with wet clothing.
6. Washer and dryer: Use cold water only.
7. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary products. Use the trash bin provided. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional fee.
8. Damages: Guests are responsible for the cost of any property damage.
9. Parking: Use the designated parking space only.
10. Pool: Guests are responsible for their own safety in the pool; no lifeguard is on duty.
