This condo seemed to be recently updated and the living room and kitchen were very nice. Super helpful and responsive management staff. Even though it was Spring break, our section of the beach was very chill and not crowded. Really loved our stay here!

Beautiful property with excellent proximity to beach. Love centralized place for beach chairs for community use. Screened porch was wonderful for early mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well appointed. Suggest adding more details to the listing about having two coffee pots, beach towels provided, etc. It would be great to connect the headboards to the twin beds.

I brought my adult children to Sanibel between Christmas and New Year's. We cam back to Sanibel after waiting for rebuild after the hurricane. Great beach access, great location (away from busy Periwinkle).
