Tucked in Seabrook’s quiet Madison Lane neighborhood, Seascape is a peaceful escape with plenty of room for families to spread out and reconnect. The home comfortably sleeps 7 and offers the best of both worlds—steps from town, but surrounded by forest views and quiet trails.
Location Highlights:
Walk to everything! Seabrook’s shops, restaurants, City Hall, walking paths, and playgrounds are just 5 minutes away, and the beach is a 10-minute stroll from the front door.
Outdoor Space
Relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ for dinner. Enjoy peaceful greenbelt views from the covered second-floor balcony from the backyard. Down below, the backyard connects directly to Seabrook’s wooded trail system.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals at home. Enjoy dinner (or game night) around the dining table with seating for seven.
Coffee
Enjoy coffee making with options including a French press and a drip coffee maker. Coffee beans and a grinder are provided.

Two full bathrooms—one on each level. The upstairs bath features a tub/shower combo; the downstairs has a walk-in shower. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Laundry:
A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

A lovely little house in a picturesque little town. This place had everything we needed for the trip. Fully equipped with everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. made the stay so very easy! Grocery store, restaurants, and beach are all a very short walk away. Great place in Seabrook. Would definitely recommend!!!

Seascape is a jewel on a quiet lane. It is nestled in the forest yet less than a five minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops, and just a few minutes walk further to the beach. The house is immaculate and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. Anything you might need in the kitchen is right there. Host communication is excellent. Seascape will be our first choice next time we visit Seabrook.

We loved staying in this bright, comfortable and clean home! It seems they thought of everything that could be needed. They were kind and responsive. Being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops was great.

This is a very cozy home and was perfect for our family to get away to for a long weekend. It’s extremely clean, nicely decorated and while we only cooked there one evening, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils (bring your own spices, olive oil, etc. though because that is not provided). The host did provide popcorn which we enjoyed as we played Scrabble one evening. Lots of board games! Very short walk to the market and to local restaurants. We found this location was perfect for exploring, hiking and a visit to Quinalt Lodge, beach walks and a car trip to see beautiful Ruby Beach. We also enjoyed casual dining at Surfhouse Pub, and pizza at Frontager Pizza, and a happy hour at Rising Tide Tavern. Would recommend this for a quiet getaway at this time of year. We seemed to have Seabrook to ourselves! Also, easy to access and the host was very available throughout the visit. Would definitely return.
