- No bedrooms on this level, offering a spacious open-plan living area.
Half bathroom (toilet + sink) for added convenience.
Full kitchen – Spacious and fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals. The kitchen has modern appliances, a large island, and direct access to a large deck with a gas grill for outdoor dining.
Open-concept living and dining area – A cozy space with ample seating for the whole group, a large flat-screen TV, and a perfect spot for everyone to gather and relax.

4 bedrooms total, including:

There was a small problem when initially arriving and the entry code didn’t work. Other than that the house is as advertised and worked well for our group of 8. The host was pretty prompt communicating during the blizzard when we advised her that a tree had come down and when we possibly had to extend our stay if flights were canceled. I would just recommend that a shovel be available to guests during the winter. Even though there is a snow removal service, this was a lot of snow during a long duration and would have been helpful.
