The Green Sea Suite is a bright, updated 1-bedroom condo in North Ocean City, ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway just steps from the sand.
Located on the mezzanine level, the condo offers convenient access to the building's shared amenities, including a spacious oceanfront deck with lounge chairs, a community pool, and direct beach access just down the hall. After a day at the beach, unwind while enjoying colorful sunset skies through the large living room and bedroom windows.
Please note: This street-facing unit does not include a private balcony. Guests instead enjoy easy access to the shared oceanfront deck and pool area, located just steps from the condo.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 6):
- Two full-size beds separated by a privacy divider in the bedroom
- Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room

You can’t beat the location and convenience of the condo to the beach. The unit was neat, well equipped and comfortable. All necessary shopping is nearby. We loved the pool access and hours. Thanks for the terrific long weekend stay for my family.
