This cozy, modern, clean apartment is the perfect space to recharge, relax, and explore. The Airbnb is a downstairs apartment, nestled among 3 other apartments. You are a short walk or even shorter drive from Otterbein Campus and quaint Historic Uptown Westerville's restaurants and shops. This Location is convenient to CMH Airport, Hoover Reservoir, Easton/Polaris/Outlet malls, and the Ohio/Erie bike trail. Short drive to OSU, Top Golf, IKEA, and Downtown Columbus
Filled with natural light and fresh air mixed with the deep and peaceful colors of the interior. This space has two bedrooms both with queen beds, empty closets, a dresser, and full-length mirrors. A spacious bathroom with a shower and tub and a large kitchen with a cozy breakfast area. Giving couples, friends, business travelers, and families everything they need for an overnight or extended stay. Take advantage of the shared back patio and enjoy your cup of coffee in the peaceful surroundings.
Guests will have completely private access to the entire apartment. Guests have access to the common stairwell and basement, providing access to the basement laundry area. Coins and detergent are provided.

The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. Uptown Westerville is a 10-12 minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction, Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20-minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino, and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment. The apartment itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors.
Columbus is an easy-driving city, you are max 25 min from almost everything Columbus has to offer. Guests are assigned one parking space. If additional parking is needed there is plenty of extra parking along Crescent Drive and Electric Ave. There is also a COTA Bus stop at the corner of Electric and State Street. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area.

Quaint space in the heart of Westerville. The space was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen items to towels. Host was friendly and prompt at replying. Great price for the area! Just as a heads up, the walls/ceiling are quite thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We have stayed with this host before and she is very responsive. She was very helpful with providing things we could do when we were not otherwise occupied. we would gladly stay at one of her properties again.
