We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!
Our unit #1 is entered through the front door of the Main house, marked #1.
Free on street parking. DO NOT park next to a yellow curb or at Restaurant—(you may receive a ticket) If using the area to the right of the house to park please do not have others blocked in.
Cozy multi-family use house
-3 Units under one roof with private entry
located in the safe neighborhood
This space features central AC and a window AC unit in each room, along with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom includes a standing shower, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and two sets of towels per bed. Outside, there's a large side yard with a shared garden (not fenced). We allow a maximum of two dogs for a $35 cash fee per dog; no cats or other animals are permitted. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after. Dog fees are not included in your reservations. Security cameras are present on the property.
Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! Walking is a great option however driving is recommended to fit in many activities during your visit.

-We thank you for observing our STRICT non-smoking rules. Smell of smoke inside is an automatic $250 fine. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts and be considerate of other guests.
-No cable. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ connect to your streaming services to watch movies, TV shows, and other content over the internet
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

The room was overall very clean and perfect for our stay! The host was very communicative and answered all our questions. The area was very quiet and extremely close to the downtown area and major attractions. Will definitely be booking here again!

This was a recently listed property, maybe that is why the price was so appealing. And no, I don't regret it in any way. It is a portion of a one-family house now subdivided into areas for different guests. Each one has a separate entry, and everyone could share the lawn and the parking lot. No eye-catching renovation, but clean and has everything one needs, no kettle though, had to microwave liquids. Very close to Saint Augustin's downtown area, if need be, one could even walk.
There were a few hiccups getting the front door code. The original message stated "We will be in contact with you prior to your stay and will send check-in information 2 days before your reservation." Yet, codes are sent out at 9 a.m. on the day of the arrival in the Expedia chat, not to the phone or email and no earlier than 9 a.m. on the day, so this is something to be aware of.
The A/C was blowing super cold through a floor grille, and the only way to have it adjusted was to contact the host. Even that was not particularly efficient since (I believe) the house had central A/C and the host had the other guests' preferences to consider. Yet, to use a heater to offset the A/C seemed ridiculous.
Wi-fi worked great.
Overall, a bargain for the money I paid, but I guess that I was just lucky ;)

The property was clean and had a comfortable bed..Hostess was timely in responding. AC worked great & had 2 TV’s which came in handy in eve. Plenty of parking on property. Also it’s within minutes of shops & all the sightseeing sites.. Plus, the Instagram viral Pickle Factory is right across the street! It’s a must see!

While the host was very prompt in responding to questions about chek in, etc, the room and property is suffering from lack of maintenance and is desperately in need of some TLC. I have pictures of:A broken lamp (an electrical problem waiting to happen), a dangerous shower (slippery floor with no hand holds), an ac unit needing maintenance, a tarp on a roof, bicycles mired in weeds, trash cans left at the curb long after they had been emptied causing serious difficulty in vehicular exit from the property, and grounds needing a major clean up. Pictures available on request.
