I hope you know how awesome the neighborhood of downtown Plymouth is. If you don't, you are in for a treat! It's an old school town from the late 1800's, so all of the streets lead to the middle of town, where there is a wonderful large park(Kellogg Park), and stores and restaurants surrounding the park.

The unit was very clean. Walking distance to downtown a lot of restaurants sports bar… nice atmosphere.

I was, for the most part, pleased with this condo. There were a few things that need to be noted that I think would make the condo even more perfect for future tenants.
1. On your way to the property, buy some bottled water. The tap water has a distinct smell of chlorine and has a definite taste.
2. The bathtub was wonderful! However, the drain doesn't close all the way so it drains water very slowly. This could easily be solved with one of those plastic covers so not a big deal. I chose to take a bath because the soap and shampoo dispensers (which were awesome to have) ended up behind the shower curtain when you pulled it around. I saw no way to prevent water from splashing against the wall and creating a puddle to clean up.
3. The bedroom closet was the underneath of stairs leading to a unit upstairs. It was quite loud when someone went up or down since they're wood stairs and there wasn't any insulation or a door on the closet. This is a pretty petty complaint but for any light sleepers, it's important to note.
Overall, this was a great location and very walkable to downtown Plymouth. The communication with the landlord was great and the kitchen was stocked very well with anything I needed. I'd stay here again.
