Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

House was decorated nicely, ample space for larger family stay, huge master bathroom, comfortable beds, some toiletries provided. Nice home away from home. Jacuzzi not that clean, floors could be cleaner, no master bath door to bedroom, no privacy. Checkin instructions a little confusing- door location, states left side of house when it is right side. Air conditioner unit very loud when switching on and off, causes suction in the house with doors closed and can be surprising without notice. Wasp nest above garage. Did not utilize pool access or community arcade and parks. Toiletries that could of been provided sample sizes of toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.Could of used a binder of local restaurants, attractions, nearest grocery stores, etc...No communication with host needed

My family had a great stay. The home was clean with excellent bedding. The neighborhood was perfect for taking walks and enjoying the views. We would definitely book again.
