We had a group that came down for a float trip in Noel Missouri and we had the best time staying in Grove. It was easy to get to town easy and convenient to get to the dollar store. The rooms were great very roomy and great for a group of people would definitely do it again.

Well appointed kitchen. Tastefully updated and very spacious. Karin was very prompt to answer questions during our stay. Covered parking and hot tub were pleasant surprise during the rainy times during the weekend. Would rent again without hesitation!
