We had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of room, very nice and very well kept. The location was great. Close to the beach entrances as well as Margaritaville. We stay on Bolivar often whe will definitely read book at this location.

This is a beautiful little home, perfect for a short stay at the Bolivar Peninsula. My family and I booked in advance and the check-in time was early but the drive is very far for us, we reached out to the owner and they had no issue with us checkingin whenever we got there in the afternoon. If anything, dont be afraid to ask them and they'll be happy to help you! The only thing is the little stair to get to the top is very steep so if you have children make sure you're watching them. Everyone needs to go up and down carefully. We didn't have an accident but i can definitely see it happening . This neighborhood is all newly built homes and they have a small playground, pickleball court, and a pool. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway here and may book another right there in the future!

This home was great for families! Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pickleball court and playground were perfectly located. It was the weekend getaway we needed and everything went as expected. Would stay again!
