Despite being so central, the area maintains a laid-back waterfront charm. Morning jogs by the bay, sunset views, and tree-lined streets give it a peaceful residential vibe that’s perfect for both quick getaways and extended stays.

Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
