Clean property. Check in was easy. Owner checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Good experience.

The house served our purposes. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to every place we were wanting to see/do.
What I didn't like, was that no check in info was available to us prior to our arrival. I asked the owner to text me the check in info as we were traveling. The text did not come thru and he did not try to call me. It's a good thing that the maintenance man was there when we got there, as he let us in and got the code from the owner.
The floor in front of the washer, dryer, and fridge is very soft. Some one with a heavier step than mine has the potential to step thru the floor.
