- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- one bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm),
- one bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes hangers,
- TV, Wifi, smoke detector,
- air conditioning.
There is no private parking.
Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 pm.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
