- We live in a dark sky community, so quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. This is a residential area, and we like our neighbors!
- Check out is at 10:00 am Arizona time; check in is at 4:00 pm Arizona time.
Pet Policy: - One pet under 20 lbs is allowed with the payment of a $100 pet fee and must be declared before arriving.
- Undeclared pets on the property will result in a $250 fee.
- Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
- If your pet has an accident in the house and/or causes damage, please make sure to notify us as soon as possible.
- A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out.

This house was so great. Stocked really well and super clean. The host was really responsive and helpful. Location was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Can it get any better? This property was absolutely perfect for our family as a home base for a week's worth of daytrips to all the gorgeousness of the area. Location was quiet, floor plan was very comfortable, beds were great, everything was so clean, lovely windows and sliders and views of the landscape and Lake Powell, kitchen was well appointed, basic kitchen staples were provided, so many yard games, used the gas grill for dinners, comfortable hot tub, cozy patio furniture and gas fire pit, great parking, plenty of towels and beach towels, washer and 2 dryers, convenience store very nearby. The family favorite was watching a movie on the big screen in the back yard under the stars! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

Thank you so much, your home was beautiful amazing and very very clean. The lake view and mountains surrounding the property was something else . We had 11 family members plus my wife and I, and we had so much room. Kids loved the game room (garage)there was so much to keep them busy. We will definitely stay in your beautiful home again and we highly highly recommend your home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property Manager (Tanzia) was very accommodating and helped make our stay very comfortable and fun. The gaming options, movie projector screen, outdoor fire pit, and hot tub made the chilly nights warm, relaxing, and fun! Great place to stay with nice views.
