Le Clos de la Ferrière is a charming, detached architect-designed house located in the heart of the village of Nozay (shops/restaurants on site), in a lush and authentic setting, 25 km from Châteaubriant, 60 km from Rennes, and 40 km from Nantes.
Private parking is available on the property.
South-facing, shaded terrace and a charming, enclosed, wooded garden of approximately 1,700 m², with a private heated swimming pool (9x4m - accessible from approximately May to October) and a pétanque court.
Ground floor: Separate fitted kitchen opening onto a living room/lounge with a central open fireplace, 2 bedrooms (each with two 90x200cm twin beds), bathroom (shower + bathtub), office with elliptical trainer and weight bench, and separate toilet.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (each with a 160x200cm bed), shower room, and separate toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, stereo, baby bed/high chair, tumble dryer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, food processor.
Included: Electricity, heat pump heating, wood, bed linens, and towels.
Not included: End-of-stay cleaning (€150) and tourist tax.
Pets welcome free of charge (€100 deposit).
