This charming beachside cottage is nestled in a gated community of just ten private homes, where you'll enjoy a sparkling community pool, secure entry, and reserved parking. Step through the front door into a bright, open living and dining area complete with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meals al fresco on your palm-shaded patio. A lush garden wraps around the back of the home, offering extra space to relax, store surfboards, or fire up the BBQ.
Inside, the master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two cozy single beds and has easy access to the full bathroom down the hall, ideal for friends or children. Thoughtful extras like in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans throughout ensure your stay is effortless and comfortable.
Just a short stroll away, Tamarindo Beach beckons with golden sands and surf lessons, while the vibrant town center offers pharmacies, markets, restaurants, and the renowned Thursday Night Market, featuring live music, artisan crafts, and delicious street food. Everything you need for a perfect “Pura Vida” getaway is right at your fingertips! Located just a short walk from Playa Tamarindo and the vibrant town center, it boasts an ideal location with many amenities within walking distance.
Guests have access to the entire home and private patio, as well as shared access to common areas and the pool.

Although this property is very close to all the town’s amenities, we recommend renting a golf cart or a car. All homes with fantastic views like these are situated on the hills of Tamarindo. Golf carts are the most fun way to explore the area! We’re happy to help arrange a rental. Please inquire with us for rental availability.
We manage multiple homes in this building. If you’re traveling with family or friends and need extra space while still staying close together, we can help coordinate bookings for multiple condos. Please inquire about availability.
- Quiet hours begin at 8:00 p.m.
- No more than the registered number of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight after 10:00 pm.
- Please respect the check-out time. We have recently had guests who overstayed the posted check-out time, affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will charge 60% of the rate for the last night.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth, and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged, and/or stained items.
- In the event of lost keys, guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
