The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 90 m² house for rent in Sartrouville, which can accommodate up to 7 guests. It consists of a 35 m² living room, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 30 m² garden. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

- A 35 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob. .
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
First floor
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) with an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: a single bed with a desk
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Second floor
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washer-dryer, plancha grill, fan, iron.
Outside
- A beautiful 30 m² north-east facing garden
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Sartrouville, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Swim a few laps at the municipal swimming pool in Sartrouville
- Enjoy a quiet moment fishing on the banks of the Seine
- Play golf at the Golf de Béthemont, 10 minutes away
- Visit the MUS in Suresnes to discover urban history
