About this apartment rental

This 98 m² apartment in the quiet village of Salm, Vulkaneifel, welcomes you over two floors with a private entrance and space for up to 5 guests. You’ll find a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC. The private, well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals at your convenience. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, self check-in, baby cot, high chair, and your own sauna for relaxing moments. A comfortable massage chair is also available.



Enjoy your covered, private terrace—perfect for outdoor meals with your own grill and views of the peaceful surroundings.



A shared parking space is available at the house, and public transport is within reach. There’s a lockable area for your bikes. Events are not permitted on the property.



You’ll appreciate the tranquil village location with nature right at your doorstep—a perfect base for excursions. Hiking trails start directly from the apartment, and the area is great for motorbike and cycling tours. Please note there are stairs leading to the apartment. The nearest shops are about 16 km away, as there are none in the village. Your hosts live on site, but not in the booked accommodation.
