This 1990’s ranch will be just the place for you to cozy up, get some peace& quiet, and easily access the sweet little things Arcadia has to offer! Retro camp vibes in this 2 bedroom that can sleep up to 5. Newly remodeled kitchen in the colors of all the rocks on the beach. Calming dune-sand dining room that seats 6 is the perfect nook with pretty nature views. Sit in the bay window and take in some old growth trees and sandy meadows. Streaming access on the 50 inch TV is a good option too. Listen to Lake Michigan’s waves lapping and crashing while you lay in the hammock and your bathing suits dry on the clothesline. In 3 minutes you can drive to the public access beach in Arcadia, grab some food at the local truck, caffeinate at Bowens Creek with some beignets or back at the house for some pour over coffee. Mosey through the precious marsh preserve and count the number of painted turtles you see or red winged black birds you hear singing. One mile away from Inspiration Point and the Arcadia Dunes Nature Preserve, for plenty of hiking and biking options. Four miles away from world class golfing at Arcadia Bluffs. Twenty minutes away from skiing and having a spa day at Crystal Mountain. You will be directly off M-22, 20 minutes south of Frankfort, 30 minutes north of Manistee and right next door to Onekama and Benzie. Wind down in comfy but simple bedrooms, each with their own unique vintage charm. The house is comfy and functional. It’s so close to everything you would want to do yet feels tucked away in a secluded wooded land. Family friendly. No pets allowed with the exception of service animals. Exterior camera located near the front door that monitors porch and driveway for safety.

Loved the location! It was right in the middle of great beaches, hiking trails, birding areas, and restaurants and ice cream. Everything was on the way to everything all the time.

We had such a great stay at this little spot in Arcadia. The house was cozy and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was awesome, quiet, lots of trees, and just a short drive to Lake Michigan. We spent time at the beach, checked out some of the nearby towns, and it was the perfect home base for it all.
It was super easy to check in and out, and everything went smoothly. Definitely a nice place to relax and unplug for a few days. Would happily come back again!

Our family recently stayed at this amazing home in Arcadia for our summer vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! The house itself is absolutely adorable and has such a wonderful, welcoming vibe from the moment you step inside.The location is truly special—set in a serene and peaceful area that made for a relaxing and quiet retreat. We loved the super close location to a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan.Inside, the home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience, and the super comfortable beds ensured everyone got a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the great WiFi coverage, which kept us connected.One of our favorite features was the back deck. It was the perfect spot to sit, relax, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. We even had the joy of seeing deer running around the yard, which was so fun to see!This home is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and a beautiful natural setting. We're already looking forward to our next visit!Thank you Jennifer and Martin, your home is so lovely!
