The apartment includes:
• 55 m²
• 1 bedroom with bunk beds (140 cm lower bed, 90 cm upper bed)
• Living room with sofa bed
• Bright dining area
• Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc.
• Shower room
• Separate toilet
• Private parking space
Guest Access:
Check-in is done in person between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m., so you are welcomed directly on site during this time slot.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located on the seafront, just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour, town centre and shops. You’ll enjoy direct access to the beach while being close to restaurants, markets and summer entertainment.
Getting Around:
• Beach: directly in front of the apartment
• Town centre: 5 min on foot
• Train station: Béziers 20 min by car
• Airport: Béziers–Cap d’Agde 15 min
• Sérignan shopping area: 4 km, Polygone Béziers: 20 min
