Former netter of the port of Lorient, built in Concarneau, it was saved from destruction to revive and welcome you in the countryside and close to the sea.
It is an unusual cottage sheltered from time: sea and nature atmosphere.
It can accommodate 3 people maximum, the volumes are pleasant and spacious.
There is a bed of 140 X 190 and a trundle bed of 90 X 190.
A kitchen with gas hob, refrigerator, sink, a dining area to eat.
A bathroom (shower + sink) with hot water and private toilet.
Electricity is provided by 4 photovoltaic panels of 250 Watts, enough to light the whole and recharge, in 220 volts, laptops, DVD players and laptops.
Wastewater is treated by phytopurification.
Gas heating is there for the cooler evenings.
At the front of the boat, the terrace overlooks the setting sun.
Outside, on the access pontoon, sun loungers for lounging and a picnic table in the middle of nature.
Shops are 2km away and the nearest restaurant is 800m away.
The sea is a 20-minute walk away via the paths.
