This beautiful Suite is nestled inside a grand house with a striking mosaic-tiled entrance that celebrates the vibrant, tropical spirit of the island. From the moment you step through the doors, you'll be surrounded by stunning pieces of art that make this home truly special. The Studio inside is equipped with AC, 2 TVs, comfortable mattress, kitchenette and private shower bath. Immerse yourself in the Puerto Rico Ocean Park culture surrounded by devotee runners, bikers and beach lovers.
Your Private Studio Includes:
Cozy Bedroom – A restful retreat, perfect for unwinding with a TV after a day of exploring.
Private Bathroom – Equipped with hot water and a shower-style setup for your comfort.
Dining & Living Room Area – A charming tropical-inspired space with a recliner sofa for two and a TV for relaxation.
Kitchenette:Well-equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and air fryer, ideal for preparing light meals or snacks.
Interior Pool: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the shared indoor pool (temperature controlled) perfect after a sunny beach day.

Nestled in a vibrant beach neighborhood, you're just minutes from some of Puerto Rico’s best culinary experiences. The famous Loíza Street, known for its incredible restaurants, cafes, and local eateries, is only a short stroll away—so you’re always close to the action!
Reliable Amenities:
This home is equipped with a 30K power generator and 1,000-gallon water cistern, ensuring uninterrupted convenience throughout your stay.
**Note**
-Although public transportation is not the method preferred by puertorricans because schedule times are not that reliable, lately we have noticed that BUS 53 is passing regularly every day starting at 6:10 every 67 minutes. Take the bus at left corner of the house at sign “parada”. Bus goes from airport to, Isla Verde, to Ocean Park, to Condado and then Old San Juan. If you are up to it, tell us about your experience.
-The studio has no window.
-The pool is temperature controlled
-The kitchen and shower are equipoed with hot water.
-We provide toiletries as a courtesy for the first couple of days, then guest will replenish.
-There is a powerful generator and water cistern, however resources are limited during emergencies. Depending on the extent of each event without water or electricity, and the proper functioning of these equipments, even with these amenities, times without water or electricity could occur.
