Cosy, rustic chalet "Bosco", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, 1.6 km from the centre of San Bernardino, in the district Fornas, in a secluded, quiet position, 1 m along the wooded area, 750 m from the lake. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.7 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "San Bernardino" 1.7 km, railway station "Chur 171 / Thusis 541". Tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 1.6 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, chair lift 2.3 km, slopes 1.5 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1.5 km, children's playground 1.6 km.
