Maria was an exceptional host with outstanding communication from booking through checkout. The home was spotless, beautifully organized, and by far the most well-appointed vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and clearly labeled, making everything easy to find and use.The house was spacious, peaceful, and perfectly in tune with nature — wonderfully quiet with no traffic noise. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, plus so many thoughtful extras that set it apart: makeup mirrors in the bathrooms, Q-tips and cotton balls, wireless phone chargers, coffee and creamer, laundry soap, pen and paper, and an excellent high-end Monument grill.The back yard was very large, private and a peaceful escape.Maria has truly created a first-class experience and truly cares about your experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crystal River.

This house had EVERYTHING we could have needed and was beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated all the towels and hangars. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of comfortable seating. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch! We spent mornings there having coffee surrounded by the sounds of birds. In the evenings we enjoyed a dip in the hot tub while we listened to the breeze in the trees. It was delightful. We spent most of our time out here. The property is very private and secluded. Maria, our host, has so helpful and attentive. We have never been to Crystal River and had a wonderful time exploring the town - we did a boat tour, lots of hikes/walks, shopping and eating at local restaurants!!

The property was perfect for our stay

This was our "Home" for the entire month of February and it could not have been nicer. Absolutely everything that we could possibly need had been provided. Maria and Victor are amazing hosts, often checking to see if there's anything that we need. They even noticed we could use some recliners for lying in the sun and had them delivered. The neighborhood is quiet private and beautiful. The hot tub is wonderful. The beds are wonderful. We can't wait to go back.
