The location is great. Great for visiting all the tourist sites and shopping in Sapporo. For its location, the rooms are big and roomy. There is lots of good food nearby, both breakfast and dinner. Bus stop to the airport is also a short walk away.

朝食は美味しかったです。サラダへのトッピングが多くて満足。食事スペースも落ち着き感があって素敵です
お部屋は清潔感があって心地よかった。大浴場があるのが嬉しいし部屋着＊スリッパで移動出来るのは楽でした。コンビニもすぐ近くにあります
チェックインがなかなか進まなくて困りました。
大浴場に床を拭くものを置いてあるとよかった。濡れたまま出て来た人がいるようで床がビショビショの所がありました。ごみ取り用のモップは有ったのですが、それでは拭ききれませんでした。本館の客室には止まらず大浴場へ行くエレベーターの表示をわかりやすくしてもらうといいです。
