The property was well maintained, the rooms, amenities, staff everything was excellent especially the cleanliness of everything was top notch.
There is no kitchen in the hotel which will be mentioned usually at the time of booking once you’re visiting the hotel but that can entirely depend upon your preference as there are multiple food deliveries options like dominos as well as the second property of the same hotel right opposite to you along with a local food joint called Nathu’s so that’s not really a problem.

Very accommodating with our Holi aftermath
The front desk staff were polite and helpful but we struggled with communication (our issue not theirs). We asked them to arrange a taxi for us which was difficult. Got it in the end, but 20 minutes late & we nearly missed our train.
No facilities here at all, just the room.
