the location was ideal for the purpose that we needed it, very close to the golf club. The host gave us exceptional service and help. thank you.

The main bedroom door handle is broken they need more fans in the place, the dish washer does not work, other than that we enjoyed our stay thank you

Location is phenomenal and the host was very accommodating. Just a short walk from the beach and harbour which makes this the perfect place to stay in Still Bay. With a lounge, dining room and ample outside spaces to relax and unwind whilst listening to the waves, we really had a relaxing weekend away. The space was clean and beautifully laid out. Loved the shower room!

The bedrooms could do with a little sound dampening in the windows to dampen some of the road noise at night, but this is really nitpicking.

Location was good. Easy walk to beach and not far from town centre. 2 fridges meant there was plenty of fridge space (we were 5 people) Beds were comfortable.

This is clearly a family holiday home. Too much clutter e.g kitchen cupboards - no space for guests' groceries, and too much stuff on kitchen surfaces, even a Christmas tree still up in lounge (in mid March). Cleanliness was lacking - kitchen handles greasy, cupboards needed cleaning, cutlery needed to be washed before use and bath mat upstairs was not clean. Verandahs needed washing. Windows were dirty. Due to weather, most meals taken inside. Table and chairs cramped for 5 people. Extra chairs taking up space. 1 couch in lounge was broken. Curtains needed washing. 2 carports were advertised, but only 1 available as owner had own car parked in one carport. Guests were not advised of this and parking was a problem - fortunately the complex was empty.
