Die schnelle Erreichbarkeit mit der Straßenbahn ist ein erhebliches Plus.

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt, sauber, gemütlich und sehr freundliches Personal
Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten aber ein paar hundert Meter weiter gibt es einen guten Bäcker mit Café

Großes Zimmer, ruhig, sauber und freundliche Gastgeberin.

Kühlschrank und ausgestattete kleine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden, große Dusche.
Leider musste ich draußen 40 Minuten warten beim Einchecken bis jemand kam, trotz Anruf und Vorankündigung. Mein Zimmer war (wegen der hohen Außentemperatur) leider sehr heiß und ist auch nachts nicht wirklich abgekühlt. Die Straße und vor allem Straßenbahn sind, zumindest für mein Empfinden, sehr laut.
