True Big Bear Lake Cabin with jacuzzi, Netflix

The cabin,location ,terrace, fireplace, hot water in the kitchen and bathroom.

Jacuzzi did not function. We did check in on Fri 09/05/2025 at 15:00; Called the local number around 16:00( 4 PM) to inform. We were told that someone will come to verify. Nobody came. We spoke with a gentleman around 17:30 who told as that the water is worm he verified it. We told him that the water is not warm and the jacuzzi can not be turn on. He ask as to call him back when we will be home so he can guide us on making the jacuzzi work. We called back when arrived home, he told us to push the Jets button.We did but nothing happened. He was insisting on doing we replied back to him that the jacuzzi can not be turn on. From Fry until Sunday at 10:40 when we left the property nobody came to verify the jacuzzi.So we did not enjoy the jacuzzi, one of the main reason for what we choose this property. But we received several messages regarding the check out time before 11:00 and with the address where to drop off the trash. This is part of the message received from True Big Bear Lake Cabin: " We do ask all guests to please make sure the dishes are cleaned before departure and ALL trash is removed from the cabin and taken tot he Clean Bear Site". We recommend to the cleaning team to pay a little more attention to the kitchen. We as guests are doing our part but the cleaning team should be professional. The $200 cleaning fee is included in the price.
