Het is een zeer ruime appartement met veel lichtinval. Zeer schoon en met alles wat je nodig hebt om je vakantie door te brengen. De airconditioning werkt tenminste wel goed niet zoals sommige andere appartementen. Er zijn beddengoed en extra handdoeken en als je een extra schoonmaak wil kan je dat gratis krijgen. Dus ideaal als je niks zelf wil doen. Er is een wasmachine, een wasrek, en wat ik ook heel belangrijk vind is een handdoek rek in de badkamer. Je kan genieten van je ontbijt op het balkon. Het is een zeer rustige buurt met genoeg gratis parkeerplekken, een beveiliger voor de deur, een kleine supermarkt onder het gebouw. Dus je komt niks te kort. Je zit wel in een appartement dus je hebt buren boven en onder.
Dat het een beetje gehorig is omdat het een appartement is.
