Nur die Lage. Sonst nichts. ein ägyptischer Mann hat das ganze Stockwerk gemietet und vermietet es weiter.
Komplett verschimmelt und verträgt. Die Bettwäsche wann kommt benutzt. Der Unterkunft Berat, ein gesamtes Stockwerk vom Hotel gemietet und vermietet es über Booking weiter. Er hat einen ägyptischem Landsmann von ihm als so genannten Rezeptionistin in einem Nebenzimmerquartier, da kaum englisch spricht und nicht hilfreich ist. Im Zimmer war es komplett verdreckt und verschimmelt und auch ein unangenehmer Geruch. Meine Tochter konnte kaum atmen. Wir haben nicht einmal die Nacht in den Zimmer verbracht. Ich habe woanders ein Zimmer für uns organisiert. Ich habe den Unterkunft Geber mehrmals gebeten, auch natürlich gegen eine entsprechende Gebühr unsere Reservierung zu stornieren. Seinerseits wurde dies mehrmals abgelehnt zuletzt wurden die Anfragen weder per E-Mail noch über die Booking App von Ihnen beantwortet. Habe sogar direkt nach Holland, von dubai aus Booking angerufen. Den Kundenservice habe über 25 Minuten mit denen gesprochen und alles geschildert. Dies teilt mir mit, dass sie ihn auch anschreiben werden und bitten würden, auf den Gesamtbetrag der Stornierungsgebühr zu verzichten. Die Stornierungsgebühr seinerseits Betrug, den Gesamtbetrag der Buchung. Wir haben für zehn Nächte gebucht haben nicht einmal eine Nacht verbracht. Gleich nach dem Checkin habe ich versucht über Booking und auch über den so genannten Unterkunft Geber und sein Mittelsmann zu stornieren, was nicht gelang auch weil er nicht einverstanden einen Teil zu mindestens zurückzuerstatten. Eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Ich habe auch genügend Fotos, die die Missstände belegen.
