UK 🇬🇧 F Balal I had a very pleasant stay at Akarm Alsalama Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made the experience even better was the excellent customer service. A special thanks to the Saudi receptionist, who was always welcoming, professional, and helpful with every request. I also appreciate the owner's son and his cousin for their kindness, hospitality, and genuine care for the guests. Their attention made me feel at home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing

This place is nothing short of wonderful. It makes you feel right at home, giving you a sense of peace and tranquility. The reception staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling, reflecting the kindness and hospitality of the Saudi people. I highly recommend this place. The management works incredibly hard to provide guests with the best possible experience, starting with complimentary chilled water, coffee, and tea upon arrival. The location is conveniently close to everything restaurants and shops and offers views from both sides. They also have free, shaded parking with a dedicated attendant all provided free of charge, driven solely by their desire to please their guests.
