Location was great, right across the street from Central Park. Apartment is cute, the layout is very New York. The apartment was small but comfortable with everything you need.
It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, I wasnt aware when I booked it. This was doable for me and my friend but definetly tough with heavy bags. Also the lock box was not exactly where the directions stated (this is just a note for the owners to adjust the manual- I couldnt find where to leave a private note).

Excelente ubicación y bien de precio. Atencion del personal que responde a tus preguntas. El piso en sí. O está mal, no está “cuidado” en relación a grifos, puertas, etc pero es “aceptable”.
El piso no estaba muy limpio pero lo peor es el edificio y la escaleras. Creo que las escaleras de acceso (y son 5 pisos) no se han limpiado nunca. Están llenas de suciedad. Si vienes de un entorno “normal” y “salubre” te cuesta entrar en el edificio.
Avisan que es un edificio residencial y puede haber ruidos pero es extremadamente ruidoso, sobretodo los vecinos de la puerta contigua.
Solo hay un armario pero se puede sobrevivir.
Es curioso porque ningún edificio en los alrededores es así, todos están reformados y son de alto nivel (con portero, etc).

Clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Location was excellent for our work.
Supplies were short and had to be requested 4 times. Toilet paper, kitchen paper, hand soap, dish liquid. There were no wastebaskets in any room, even bathroom and kitchen. The hot water very erratic - could scald in the shower.
The stairs were a drag.
