Sijainti oli hyvä, Tiburtinon asema oli lähellä, eli lentokenttäjuna, bussit ja metro
Huone oli tosi pölyinen, keittiön lattialaminaatit olisi pitänyt vaihtaa kauan sitten, astiasto oli kerätty varmaan kirpputorilta, ilmastointi piti kauheaa meteliä välillä, allaskaapin ovet roikkui, keittiön kaksi tuoli oli jotain taitettavia retkituoleja, sängyn alustaa ei ollut siivottu aikoihin, naapurin vessakäynnit kuului selvästi, tyynyt olivat kovat ja sängyn vasemmassa reunassa kauhea painauma (painava ihminen nukkunut samassa kohdasss pitkään)

wat ik als eerste erg fijn vond is dat bij aankomst de man erg behulpvaardig was, ondanks de tijd dat we aankwamen. hij legde veel uit over hoe alles werkte. verder was alles prima, het is niet allemaal extreem lux maar voor de prijs hoeft dat ook niet en alles was er wat je nodig had. de locatie was ook erg fijn, vlakbij het station waardoor je snel bij veel museums was! ook kun je lekker buiten zitten op een terras.
een vaatwasblokje voor de vaatwasser was wel handig geweest.
