The chalet was lovely & well set out. It had books & games & a few kids toys which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable & lining was clean. The location was perfect, being just outside Leysdown which is nice. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The onsite club house was nice & the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again...

There were only a couple of things which I feel could have been better & very easily sorted. The cleanliness wasn't great in some areas. Under the sofa cushions, behind & under the sofas. I wasn't going around looking for those things, I have a 2 year old who is into everything. The big windows in the main bedroom did not open. The big thing for me that really needs immediate attention are the carpet grippers. If you stand on them the screws push up into your feet which was quite painful.

A lovely well equipped bungalow, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A lovely and clean place with plenty of room. The beds were super comfy!! Amanda the host was very quick to answer any messages and made a really good suggestion to visit 'Poppins' for home made pizza, which was thoroughly enjoyable. Me and my family really enjoyed the stay, it was quiet and relaxing and I would definitely recommend it.

No complaints at all really. Other than maybe the shower in the main bathroom could do with a shower curtain to protect the floor and a better shower head. But it definitely didn't affect the holiday.

Very clean, tidy and surprisingly spacious place. Facilities were adequate for us, with comfy beds and large sofa. Plenty of space to park.

The wifi wasn't great nor was TV reception but luckily we had a dongle.

We especially appreciated the excellent communication with the owner, who provided the key well in advance, ensuring a smooth and easy check-in. The house itself is spacious and comfortably accommodates four people. It features a cozy sofa and a TV with a Netflix subscription, and the beds were comfortable with fresh and clean bed linen. The location is also convenient, with the sea just a 15-minute walk away, a small supermarket nearby, and a lovely restaurant in the next town.

The bathrooms would greatly benefit from renovation, as they currently feel quite dated. One toilet could not be used due to low water pressure, which also affected the shower. The larger bathroom lacked a mirror, and the toilet seat was loose and in need of repair. The vacuum cleaner had very limited suction power, making it difficult to clean the floors thoroughly, and the refrigerator and toaster were rather old. For four guests, only three towels were provided, which felt insufficient. In addition, it was not possible to drive directly up to the house, so we had to carry our luggage from the parking area, and there was some early morning traffic noise from cars passing over the speed bump in front of the house.
