Struttura nuova, accogliente e pulitissima, facile accesso grazie ai codici. Situata in pieno centro e vicino ad una delle osterie più buone e tradizionali di Ceglie: Osteria da Giuseppe. molto graditi i set di cortesia molto rari in soluzioni del genere come spazzolino da denti, saponi, cuffia, lametta, Cotton fioc ecc…

Comunicazione ed assistenza quasi assente, in caso di richiesta non si degnano neanche di rispondere. Wi Fi che non arriva nelle camere, grande disagio in quanto non tutti gli operatori hanno campo in quella zona. Un consiglio: per un soggiorno più lungo di una notte sarebbe gradito avere la giusta quantità di carta igienica.

Struttura in una posizione ottima, nel cuore del centro storico. Casa silenziosa, pulita e bella. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La sera avevo chiesto di poter lasciare la stanza il mattino successivo alle 11:00 invece delle 10:00 ma ho ricevuto risposta alle 9:55 quando ormai avevamo già lasciato l’appartamento.

The apartment is located right in the city center, within walking distance of all the restaurants and the heart of Ceglie Messapica. We received the access codes electronically, which could be inconvenient if you have no internet connection or your phone battery runs out. The room was exceptionally clean, equipped with air conditioning, and the mattress was very comfortable.

However, there were some inconsistencies between the information provided on Booking.com and the instructions we received by email. The check-in time listed on Booking.com was from 4:00 PM, while the email stated that check-in was only available after 6:00 PM, and the access code was not activated until then. The reservation also included breakfast, but no breakfast was served. I contacted the owner about this issue but did not receive any response.

Location! Very central to local activity. 10/10. It was clean newly furnished and the A/C worked well.

Automated check-in was a nightmare. Spent literally hours sending and resending the documents…0/10 (maybe even negative numbers). On Booking.com the check-in was 16:00 to 20:00. So we showed up at 16:00 but were told we could not check in until 18:00. Having other guests share the common area (small) was a bit restrictive. If all 4 rooms were occupied it would not be possible for everyone to have breakfast comfortably. Also, there is an electric stove top but nothing to cook in. They had no dishes or silverware only a few paper cups. Access to the location was poor as we could not drive to the location (access blocked by illegal parking) but had to walk several minutes with our luggage.
