The flat is lovely, beautifully decorated and really comfortable. Plenty of space, well equipped and the garden was perfect for my small dog as it was enclosed. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Parking was easy, just on a side street across the main road from where the flat is located. The train station was literally a couple of minutes walk away. Check in instructions where easy to follow and host was super efficient and easy to contact, this was booked as a very last minute break (same day) and still everything was great on arrival. Stayed for 3 days, loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.

The modern decor theme throughout the property was gorgeous, It was very spacious and clutter free. (Photos are spot on)
I liked that the kitchen had all the utensils needed for our short stay, including washing liquid and kitchen roll 🙌 its the little things.
The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was powerful.
The garden was cute.
The train station was literally across the road (25mins to Edinburgh centre) and local shops 3mins walk.
As for the noisy road....yes it can be noisy at times but when booking this property you can see its situated on a main road, it did not effect my sleep!!!
Most of all there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere and i did really look lol.
Loved the welcome gift which was a sweet touch x
Overall this is a fabulous property and would defo rebook when visiting family in future.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war nahe am Bahnhof mit guter Verbindung ins Zentrum von Edinburgh. Gute Zimmeraufteilung, neue Pfannen.
Die Schlafzimmer waren zur Hauptstrasse hinaus und leider sehr laut wegen des Strassenlärms. Einige Kleinigkeiten müssen noch erledigt werden, Bilder sicher aufhängen, Dampfabzug reparieren.
