USJに近くて値段がお手頃です。

カーテンが無いので、寒いです。 NETFLIXつながらなくて残念でした。 風呂場に毛が残っているのが少し残念でした。

バス停が目の前でとても便利だったし、徒歩一分にコンビニもあったので不自由なく過ごせた。また、スタッフの方もタオルの交換もできる等の案内も入れてくれたので民泊で有りがちなタオル問題もここなら連泊でも快適に過ごせると思う。

充電しながら寝たかったが寝る部屋のコンセントが全て埋まっていたこと。隣の部屋の隅からかなり長い

有兩層樓是整個都給我們的，用門鎖自助進去很適合害羞的人，最喜歡有小孩的一些玩具、溜滑梯，我們兩個孩子（一歲、三歲）住的很開心，我們一家四口可以有兩個睡房，分別哄睡兩個孩子比較快就讓他們睡著！覺得很感恩，還有洗衣機（比較老舊但還可以）、洗衣粉，讓我們洗衣服，放了全新的嬰兒沐浴乳跟奶瓶清潔劑感的很窩心（但我們沒有使用），一樓跟二樓都有一台電視，有冰箱、衣架、毛巾、小孩的馬桶坐墊、微波爐、兒童餐椅、餐具也包含小孩的餐具，床鋪每個都放兩個枕頭可以自行選要睡厚的還是低的，我覺得床蠻好睡的，無線網路很順，還有專門放尿布的垃圾桶，超級親子友善，跟旅店主人透過網路溝通都有得到回應！住了兩晚很滿意！ 雖然有點老舊但不會覺得不舒服，東西該有的都有而且很乾淨！

給的地址會導航到小巷子裡面，這間房子門口其實是靠近大路那邊，旅店主人有傳照片但看的不是非常清楚，還好我是先有用google map街景確認過，沒有什麼問題👍 比較麻煩的是這邊停車要另外自行尋找，我們兩天晚上可能都太晚回來了（8點）所以正對面的停車場都沒有位置，還好我先生都有順利在附近找到車位（走路五分鐘內）。 另外有個小插曲，房間角落有放防蟲劑，小小的一個黑盒子…我們的一歲小孩會拿來啃，嚇了我一大跳！但這應該是只有我們這種小孩才會發生的事🤣。 對了！二樓中間房間沒有冷氣，是從另一個房間吹過來，不會太熱沒問題，有問題的是我們那位有一歲小孩一直爬到隔壁房…還好後來換到另一間睡覺就沒問題了👍。 然後整體是比較舊的感覺，喜歡新穎風格的人或許會不喜歡這裡，我自己是不會介意。因為冷氣有換新，還有玩具，我們是住得開心且舒服的。

Very clean house and quite a bit of room for the area, we found lovely tatami throughout, with fresh futons laid out for us, a full complement of toiletries and cleaning products, including for laundry. There is a good WiFi connection in the house, an upstairs and downstairs TV, with aircon throughout. A play area is available, with a large selection of toys, of which our children made full use! The bathroom is a traditional Japanese style, with a shower outlet and bathtub. The host provided a comprehensive manual for how to operate various appliances. We didn't make use of the kitchen other than to heat food in the microwave, but for folks making a longer stay there is a rice cooker and stove available, as well as plenty of crockery. A washer-dryer is available in the yard outside, with a laundry pole on the upstairs balcony that's south-facing so on a good day clothes should dry in a few hours. Some other reviews commented that there weren't many places to eat nearby, but this really isn't the case. There are several small local places to eat plus a couple of Japanese chains, including a branch of Sukiya that's on the main street corner, which is open until 4am. The next block along from the house has a large 7/11, though this does close at midnight. Despite the property being located quite close to a main road and rail line, there really wasn't much noticeable noise in the house. In terms of location this house is excellent for getting to Universal Studios Japan, with a direct bus (No.79) that goes from the main road to right outside the park. In terms of getting home if you stay the whole day, the last bus back is at 22:25. If you don't make that, a taxi should cost about ¥1300, at time of writing (October 2025). The 56/59 buses that go from the main road to Osaka-Umeda station stop just outside the massive Daimara store at Umeda.

Folks wanting to experience the city centre nightlife in Dotonbori or Shinsekai, this might be a bit far out, but we found the most convenient way to/from town was to take the 56/59 bus to Osaka-Umeda station and then the metro from there. A taxi or rideshare from Namba, where the airport express train arrives will set you back about ¥4000. For larger groups, there is only a single toilet, but an extra washbasin is available for other personal hygiene, and it is separate from the bath/shower area.
